Customer Service Representative (Import/Export/Air/Ocean)

Responsible for the daily management of import/export consignments. Telephone/e-mail contact with customers, carriers, vendors, and overseas offices. Maintaining current customer base, whilst assisting in the development of new customers. Adherence to company/industry policy and procedures. Fiscally responsible for international transactions. Candidates are expected to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment, and be highly motivated and results driven. Excellent oral and written skills, and professional attitude are required.

Customs House Brokerage Specialist

Responsible for the daily management of international customs entries. Accurate and timely filing of information, management of files, receiving responses from customs, and proving information to customers. Telephone/e-mail contact with customers, carriers, vendors and customs agencies. Management of in-transit documentation. Adherence to company/industry policy and procedures. Fiscally responsible for international transactions. Candidates are expected to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment, and be highly motivated and results driven. Excellent oral and written skills, and professional attitude are required. (Licensed brokers preferred, but not required unless specified).
