Laufer Group International Ltd. Acquires Trans-World Shipping Corporation

We are very pleased to announce that Laufer Group International Ltd. has completed the acquisition of customs-house broker and freight forwarder, Trans-World Shipping Corporation. Laufer Group International, founded in 1948, is a leading logistics and transportation company specializing in providing customers enhanced supply chain visibility and control across all services, including Contract Management, NVOCC, customs brokerage and airfreight forwarding.

This acquisition will serve to strengthen Laufer Group's customs brokerage and freight forwarding businesses, especially in areas concerning FDA and OGA clearance, product specialization, and U.S. Customs compliance and security initiatives, like "10+2".

This purchase demonstrates Laufer Group's commitment to explore sensible and strategic acquisitions to supplement our strong history of organic growth.
